Please be aware Dells’ technicians are finding mice damage when cleaning and servicing clients air-conditioning units. Check your unit frequently and regularly to make sure the mice are not nesting in your unit. We also recommend putting moth balls and Bounce dryer sheets around as a deterrence. (Caution: be sure that the bait is not positioned where a child or pet can get to it.)
