Warranties and Return Policy
Dells’ does not guarantee or provide warranty on any Equipment or Materials. Manufactures will provide their own warranty for products and Dells’ agrees to help facilitate the warranty process with the manufacture. If the product or material fails within one year of installation Dells’ agrees to provide the first 3 hours of labor toward the diagnosis and repair of the failed product. The owner of the product is liable for all incidental materials and labor past 3 hours unless otherwise specified in writing. Parts and fittings fall under the above policy and are not returnable.
